Frank Iglesias is a real estate investor in the Atlanta metro area who enjoys creating win-win real estate transactions. Leveraging a mostly virtual staff, Frank has taken working with virtual assistants (VAs) to a high level where they do the majority of the work necessary to run his real estate investing business. As a result, Frank is able to do less while accomplishing more. As a result, he has the freedom to spend more time with friends and family and teach others to do the same.
He is the author of the system the ‘The 80/20 VA Office‘ where he shows you how to create your own team, virtual or not, to make the 80/20 rule a reality in your life so you can have the time you desire balancing business and play. He also is an avid educator and loves teaching from the ‘school of hard knocks’ that so many people travel far too often. His way of communicating is pure and real allowing him to relate to people in a way they can identify with at many levels. One of his missions is to help people realize their potential and that Yes! they really can accomplish the awesome goals they have in their head.
Frank has been actively involved for some time in local investment groups and has been a guest speaker at the Equity Trust Networking Conference held annually in the fall. He has also been a speaker at numerous Real Estate group events throughout the Atlanta area as he enjoys sharing his knowledge helping people to ‘go for it’.
He is a regular writer for the Atlanta REIA and Tampa REIA newsletter ‘The Profit’ and has also been featured in the new Orlando REIA newsletter ‘The Resource’. His company also has a regular newsletter they share with subscribers about the latest in Real Estate Investing.
With straight forward, yet calm advice, Frank has been inspiring his local community to own creating their success by taking responsibility for everything one can and realize that indeed, they can make anything happen they want if they are committed enough.
